The Iranian Foreign Minister made the remarks during his joint presser with South African Foreign Minister Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor on Sunday.

"I would like to warn the US and its proxy, the fake Israeli regime, that if they do not immediately stop the crime against humanity and genocide in Gaza, the region will go out of control," he said.

"What we have seen today in Gaza is the proxy war of the fake Israeli regime," he said, adding that the regime is waging this war against the oppressed nation and the Palestinian civilians on behalf of the United States.

Referring to US President Joe Biden ' s trip to Tel Aviv, he said that Biden officially announced that he would send hundreds of planes, ships, and trucks carrying weapons to support the killing and massacre that Israel is carrying out in Gaza.

He also appreciated the efforts of UN Secretary-General António Guterres for sending humanitarian aid and preventing the killing of civilians in Gaza.

In the coming hours and days, Arab and Islamic countries will have more coherent positions in confronting this Israeli war crime in the region, the Iranian diplomat said.
